1. Services

CityPromotion[Gourav Chouhan] provides digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and related services for local businesses. The specific services, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in individual service agreements.

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Grant necessary access to social media accounts and platforms
• Respond to requests for feedback within agreed timelines
• Make timely payments as per the agreed schedule
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Payment Terms

• Payments are due as specified in your service agreement
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy outlined in service agreements
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the rights to all content created specifically for your business. CityPromotion retains the right to use work samples in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

6. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services with reasonable notice. We will work with you to minimize any disruption.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services:

• With 30 days written notice for monthly retainers
• Immediately for breach of terms
• As specified in individual service agreements

8. Limitation of Liability

CityPromotion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 3 months.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific results such as follower growth, engagement rates, or sales increases. Results depend on various factors including market conditions, competition, and client cooperation.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Indore, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
